HRO Helping Hand was founded in 2010. It seeks to support the under-resourced people of the city.

CHRONIC DISEASES Awareness Camps

Each year, 1.5 million people die worldwide from a disease that can lead to liver cancer. Helping Hands aims to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for you or your loved one, maximizing quality of life. At HRO, we raise awareness about Hepatitis B and C by educating individuals on causes, prevention, symptoms, and treatment with the help of doctors. Our camps have helped many with timely diagnosis and treatment through free testing services.

DISASTERS SUPPORT BY HELPING HANDS

Thanks to the generous helping hands, HRO offered flood victims in Pakistan relief and medical support in 2010.

The HRO team assisted hundreds of unemployed families by registering them for government aid during the outbreak of a deadly disease like COVID-19, providing food items to those in need.

A well-received safety campaign was launched during COVID-19 to raise awareness about protecting against Corona – HRO’s safety measures were highly appreciated.

SHARE TIFFIN HELPING HANDS

With HRO Lab’s support, Iftar Program began in Ramadan 2020. In February 2021, we launched the “Let’s Share Tiffins Program,” by helping hands providing daily free meals to over 100 deserving individuals, including those from other cities seeking employment.

Why is it Important ?

HRO wanted to be the helping hand of the people of Sheikhupura and facilitate them in all means possible. This project is based on the idea of extending hands towards the less privileged and pull them to a level from where they can sustain themselves.
