H.R.O IMAGING & LAB SERVICES

The H.R.O Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory was established in October 2010.

The project aims to provide reliable and accurate diagnostic services to the local commune through cost effective but standardized diagnostic procedures.

The setup is being carried out under the professional supervision of senior pathologists and experienced technicians. In October 2020, the project was further expanded and ultrasound, ECG and echocardiography were started under the supervision of radiologists and cardiologists. Today, Alhamdulillah, this setup has become one of the largest free standing diagnostic centers in Sheikhupura.

Why is it Important ?

One of the major problems that are found prevalent in most developing and under-developed countries is that of the high cost of healthcare facilities. It is indeed heartbreaking to visit a social healthcare department and witness people of minimal financial standing being burdened by high medical costs.

HRO Team wanted to play its part in the eradication of this issue, and so it came up with a plan of establishing a clinical diagnostic laboratory which would not only cater all citizens at rates 50% that of the market list but would also ensure quality, accuracy, and authenticity of all test reports.
HRO Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory is a no-profit no-loss institution and is run under the supervision of a senior pathologist and experienced technicians.

There are three types of membership offered by the Health Relief Organization. 1-Voluntary Membership - These members provide financial, physical, and moral support to the organization as and when required. 2- Honorary Membership Membership- Retired Civil Servants are given annual membership- Elderly people are an asset of our society- Their life experience helps them to know right from wrong- Permanent trust and encouragement of our senior members Thanks to this we have a special identity in the city today. 3-Card Membership - Some of our members get card membership by paying a certain amount to the organization and then they can get free test for themselves, family and deserving people with special discount.

From the h.r.o lab Online availability of medical test reports is ensured to save your time and travel expenses. You can view and download your patient's or your test reports online by following the instructions on the receipt (password-Login ID) in our portal www.hro.com.pk/online reporting. In addition, reports e-mail and whatsapp are also done as per your instructions.

Technical training courses

Our staff welcomes patient and doctor feedback and is always ready to answer questions. To improve their skills Not only do we organize educational workshops for our staff with the help of pathologists, but also other technicians and phlebotomists of the city are given the opportunity to participate in these workshops, which provides an opportunity to learn quality control and other technical matters. In addition, we offer them the opportunity to travel to other cities for further training courses.
